FORMING YOUR LLC
WAS THE EASY PART.
You paid $150. Your Wyoming LLC was formed in 10 minutes. You got your EIN. You connected Stripe. Payments started coming in. You thought you were done.
You weren't. And nobody told you that.
There's a form called Form 5472. It's required by the IRS every single year — for every foreign-owned LLC, regardless of revenue, regardless of activity, regardless of whether you've ever set foot in the United States. Most Pakistani LLC owners have never heard of it. The penalty for missing it is $25,000. Per form. Per year. Automatically. No warning letter.
"I filed my LLC 2 years ago. My accountant is in Karachi. He knew nothing about Form 5472. I only found out because of this guide. I was $50,000 in penalties away from discovering it the hard way."
Then there's the BOI Report — mandatory for every LLC since January 2024. The FBAR — required if your US bank account touched $10,000 at any point. State annual reports and fees that range from $0 to $800+ depending on where you're registered. And Stripe, Wise, Payoneer — each treated differently by the IRS depending on your entity classification.
This guide is 14 pages. It covers all of it. It cites every IRS regulation so you can verify everything yourself. It was written for Pakistani entrepreneurs — not Americans, not generic "LLC advice" — specifically for our context.
